You can order any of our products by selecting it from our catalogue database and add it to your shopping cart. You can then add more products to your shopping cart or simply checkout.
We have an option of creating orders on your behalf and you will still be able to view your orders when logged in. Your orders will be created upon personal interviewing of your interests and communication between our experienced staff and you, either by email or in person at any one of our stores. We are in the process of implementing all in-store order statuses to be viewable by you automatically. Please inform us if you would like to use this service at the moment so that we can update your account with as accordingly.
Creating an account
We recommend that you create an account with us. To create an account, simply go to our login page and click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" and then fill in your information. Alternatively we can also create an account for you. Updating Account Information
You can update or correct your name, address, telephone number or email address for the SONARABUDHA.com web site or at any time by visiting our website and clicking on the Login link at the top of the page. To view or correct any of this information, you may also contact us.
To view your orders simply log into your account and you will be able to view all your orders under ‘My Orders’ in your account. You can also print your invoices if your payment has gone through and the item has been invoiced. You will be notified by email all updates on your order and its status and you can check your order status when logged into your account.
Once we receive your order, we will ship the item within two working days if no adjustments are required. In case any size adjustment is required, your item will be resized and shipped within 7 working days. Some items may not be available in stock and the processing time usually takes between 10 to 14 working days. If the order takes more than 14 days processing time for any reason, you will be notified by email. Please contact us if you do not receive any emails regarding your orders.
